Nose: Like walking into a sweet shop as a kid and sticking your head in the tub of sticky apple drops, (pure nostalgia) with a side pairing of chocolate raisins, walnut cookies, a hint of clove and boot polish!
Palate: Apples for days, a sticky citrus note with a twist of spice comforted by caramel dipped apples and apple juice.
Finish: This apple doesn’t bite back. A warm glow of toasted oak, cinnamon and touch of apple skin.
